DURING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 3-D artwork will be displayed at the local library from the middle school students.
Students created 3-D shapes using the concept of perspective. Perspective allowed them to understand that objects appear smaller the further back in space they go. They created 3-D BLOCK LETTER names and words in perspective. The end result looked like flying letters! Each letter appeared to stand out of the paper and come to life.
6th Grade students are inspired by the work of Henri Rousseau and his jungle artworks they are exploring the greenery through the Monochromatic color family and learning to mix and blend colors.
