DURING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 3-D artwork will be displayed at the local library from the middle school students.
Students created houses in 3-D using 2 point perspective. This form of perspective focuses on seeing the corner of a structure and connects it's sides towards 2 VANISHING POINTS at the end of the paper. This gives the house the appearance of 3-D. Students created a HORIZON LINE to divide the sky and land from one another in order to create a background or yard for their house. What interesting places to live they created.
8th Grade students are inspired by the work of Andy Warhol and his use of repeated images. Each student has chosen a logo and is recreating it 4x on their paper using 4 different color families and 4 different materials.
