DURING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 3-D artwork will be displayed at the local library from the middle school students.
Students learned about created 3-D shapes. They used perspective to create their rooms. Each room appeared to be in 3-D because of the way the walls, ceiling and floor angles met together. Each object they drew would look smaller the further away it was creating the illusion of depth in the space.
5th Grade students are inspired by the 3 layers of the ocean. They have created a sea-life vocabulary and are drawing their own aquarium dividing their art by using watercolors to paint the layers using 3 of their color families.
